Here at Health Elements, we aim to provide the opportunities for all to taking part in aquatic sports that would cater to participants of all ages and abilities. While we hope to offer you an enjoyable experience in the water, it is also our top priority to ensure your safety. Therefore, it is without a doubt that our main objective would be to equip you with aquatic survival skills through our basic swimming training, so as to safeguard you from the risk of drowning.

 

Exercising in water, as novel as it may sound, indeed brings about numerous health benefits. As water’s buoyancy supports 90% of body weight, it creates an environment with less impact and greater flexibility for us to engage in effective and enjoyable sports activities.

 

Using water sports equipment such as webbed gloves, buoyancy belt, floats and footwear helps to increase water resistance in strengthening and toning targeted muscle groups.

 

In addition, we are in collaboration with the International Swimming Association to provide a variety of aquatic activities that would suit you the most. Such activities would be taken place at a standard-sized private swimming pool located in Causeway Bay.
