It will thus boost the benefits of Tai Chi.

Practising Tai Chi enables you to improve your muscle flexibility and strength. In performing each set of moves, It makes use of the "principle opposite," or "yin yang," to conjoin each internal force, which symbolizes the balance between strength and gentleness.
