Pre & Postnatal Aqua-Aerobic

This aqua aerobics course is specifically designed for women before and after labor. It aims to prevent pain-related issues during pregnancy, such as lower back pain, knee pain, and neck pain. Other than pain relief, this course also helps to strengthen pelvic floor muscles, improve natural labor ability and the capability for a speedy recovery. During 9-month pregnancy, there is a high tendency for downward tension to the pelvic floor muscles. Aqua aerobics will strengthen the pelvic floor muscles that are tensely stretched and weakened during labor. If the said muscles are left unattended during the stage of pregnancy, and postnatal period, it will very much remain in a weak state afterward.

 

Postnatal: 45days after
Pregnant: Estimated Date of Conception: 21-36 weeks labor to 9months


Remarks:
The course is suitable for those who don't know how to swim. However, with the conditions of Placenta previa and Fallopian tube malformation are not eligible to join. Participants with Gestational diabetes mellitus, Hypertension, Hypotension, Anemia, and other chronic disease are required to undergo evaluation before taking part.
