Swimming with your Baby
Lesson Time: 30mins
Term: 8 Lessons

We offer family classes designated for both parents and their children, to introduce swimming to infants and young children under their parents’ supervision. Parents with babies may start off by gently pouring water over their heads. As for those with older children, parents will be taught to hold their children in the water, assist them to float or even submerge their children whenever they are ready. Upon the completion of this course, their children should be able to understand the characteristics of water, to learn the self-saving skill as well as building a strong foundation for future swimming, with their parents’ assistance.
Learning to enjoy swimming with your baby will strengthen the bond between you two, not to mention the opportunity to socialize with other parents in discussing techniques and strategies to improve their children’s swimming skills.
Types of classes:
Parent/Child 1 (ages six months – 2 years): This course is designed to help you and your child to explore the pool together for the first time. Body position changes, buoyancy, safety and swimming basics will be covered.
