Pain Relief Aqua-Aerobics
The aqua aerobics course, designed by Australia Registered Professional Sports Therapist, aims to relieve pain and prevents muscles deterioration. Common muscles pain areas such as the neck, lower back and knee can be improved by aqua aerobics, which helps to rebuild and speed up the recovery process. This can be achieved majorly by water resistance, which prominently improves muscles strength and endurance level, as well as facilitating blood circulation. On a side note, the post-trained muscles will have a much lower risk of straining as well.
Remarks: This course is suitable for non-swimmers as well. Participants with Hypertension, Hypotension, Anaemia, heart disease and other chronic illness are required to submit a health declaration form one week before the class for medical evaluation
